OVERVIEW

Situated in a quiet residential area in the popular area of Portals Nous, this modern, minimalist villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday and those seeking easy access to beaches and restaurants. The villa is accessed via secure electric gates and has steps leading to the main entrance. Furnished to a high standard the villas  kitchen, dining and living area are situated on the upper floor with floor-to-ceiling glass windows leading out on to the terrace with views over the shimmering mediterranean sea. Villa Portals has all the mod cons including air conditioning, underfloor heating for winter escapes, Smart TV’s, sound system and Wi-Fi.

OUTSIDE SPACE 

The infinity pool overlooks the sparkling Mediterranean Sea providing the perfect environment in which to unwind on one of the sun beds or perhaps in the poolside  lounge.  There is a large terrace overlooking the pool with dining  table for 10 guests for alfresco lunches or dinners.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS 

The lower floor of the property has five bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. Three are double bedrooms and two  are twin bedrooms. The bathrooms all have showers and two of them also have separate baths. The second living room features fun underwater windows from the pool. All bedrooms have blackout blinds to shade the sunlight.
